This site is run by Mafalda Augusto, trading as The Wellness Connectors, based in Portugal. If you have any question about your data, write to thewellnessconnectors.info@gmail.com.

What I collect and why

• Revenue Leak Audit: your name, email, type of business and your audit scores. I use them to show your results, send you the follow-up emails you signed up for, and understand what owners need help with.
• Newsletter and emails: your name and email, sent through Brevo. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Purchases: payments are handled by Stripe. I receive your name, email and order details. I never see your card number.
• Booking a call: if you book a free review, the booking tool receives your name, email and the answers you give.

Cookies and tracking

With your permission, this site uses the Meta Pixel (to measure my Facebook and Instagram ads and show them to the right people) and Metricool (to see how visitors find the site). They only run after you click Accept on the cookie banner.

Who else handles your data

Netlify (website hosting and forms), Brevo (email), Stripe (payments), Meta (ads measurement), Metricool (analytics) and Google Drive (product downloads). Some of these companies may process data outside the EU, under their own safeguards.

How long I keep it

As long as you stay on my email list, or as long as the law requires for purchases (for example, tax records). You can ask me to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of your data, or object to how I use it. Just email me. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD; in the UK, the ICO; in Ireland, the DPC).
